We designed and implemented the communications plan of the of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Suriname Country Office.
We begin with an in-depth analysis and of the target audiences. We used this information to share it with the UNDP communication officers to set realistic and relevant objectives.
We created the communication strategy plan with the different strands of action in accordance with the objectives set and with a detailed work plan and a specific timing for each of them.
Beyond strategy, we also took charge of implementation. We created visually appealing content and wrote human-interest stories that resonated with audiences. These stories were published on the UNDP Suriname Country Office's corporate blog, website, and social media profiles. Our services extended to the creation of short videos from storyboard script to execution and adaptation for various platforms. We also designed, laid out, and sent newsletters, planned and managed their weekly social media schedule, and produced promotional materials and merchandise. Additionally, we provided training sessions in digital marketing to UNDP staff.
